RATES

We offer a variety of recording options regardless of your budget. 

If your budget is under $1000 consider our...

DEMO PACKAGE

Our demo package is an affordable option for those with a smaller budget or for bands who want to record a few songs for productions ideas. It includes 8 hours of recording (including setup) and one day of mixing and mastering (client not present).

Demo (up to 3 songs) = $400

Demos must be paid in full on the day of recording.

Demos do not include drum replacement, vocal re-tuning, guitar re-amping, or MIDI instrumentation.

If you want to put more time and production into your project, you can choose an Hourly or Large Project rate structure. With the following rates, you can take advantage of the studio's abilities to provide you with: analog tape recording, drum replacement, vocal re-tuning, guitar re-amping and MIDI instrumentation.

HOURLY

The Hourly rate is $25. Most "EP" length projects require about 40-60 hours to complete. Remember to factor in time for mixing and mastering (same rate). Hourly projects require a 3 hour minimum ($75), paid as a  non-refundable booking deposit.

LARGE PROJECTS

We offer special rates for large projects! Please contact for more information.

MASTERING

We charge a flat $300 Mastering Fee for up to 75 minutes of program material.
