"Delton showed star quality at an impromptu jazz jam at this year’s Jazz on the River Festival in October 2007. He seized the moment! Delton Walker is a force to be reckoned with – the big man puts his heart and soul into every note he plays. I fully expect to find this man riding high on the jazz charts with his profoundly emotional interpretations of the music he plays! Love you, man!" –Michael J, KJZY 93.7FM, Santa Rosa, CA (www.kjzy.com)
"Delton Walker’s a gifted sax player whose smooth soulful style is as easy and comforting as a lazy Sunday afternoon drive. What an amazing talent that lives in this brother!" –Anthony Dixon, singer/songwriter (www.myspace.com/anthonydixon)
"CD Review of "Just Let Me Loose":":
"Delton has a smooth, comforting and melodious style and sound which can cross over to all genres of music. His flavor is ’syrupy & sexy’ with a fiery and passionate flow.
Occasionally, I will make a recommendation for my listeners to add a CD to their collection and Delton was recommended several times for this master piece, "Just Let Me Loose", to be added to the collection of many smooth jazz lovers of the Las Vegas Valley. As a smooth jazz DJ for almost 10 years, I believe Delton has made it in with some of our smooth jazz greats such as, Najee, Brian Savage, Pamela Williams, and Kirk Whalum!
You’ll be drawn into each and every groove as you crave for more and more of the very successful and savvy SAXMAN – Delton Walker!"

David Allen Coe opener
Tom Malim leader of Tom and Friends writes: They loved what we did and showed us in ways unexpected. The rhythm section played like the pros I needed for a night like this. Delton demonstrated over and over with his tasty and thoughtful sax compliments why he was there. He stole my show – and damn it, I couldn’t be happier. In two weeks I went from, "Your that guy that sings the Caveman song" to "You’re that guy in that band with the sax player." A member of David Allen Coe’s band stopped me as we were loading off and said, ’You guys were the perfect warm up for us. Such a cool groove, different." It was David’s son. I spoke with Croc Rock today – Melissa told me to check their schedule and let her know when we fit because she welcomes us back.
