The Saurday rain so no cricket played throughout the entire league, as the Stacksteads boys swapped the lush Waterbarn, for the lush Stackie Con !

Pontoon was the order of the day, and with the big hitters at the table the games got underway. Holt departed early as the change ran out, but swore to return to extract revenge.

After both of the Stackie Captains joined the table, Ward decided to make his play and with the purchase of the Bank - he never looked back. Until it was surrendered to Ashton, who went on to make five 21's on the bounce, which needless to say had most players in financial difficulties.

Once the change was gone, a trip to the Jolly ensured - followed by the Boars and ending in the Red Lion till the early hours.  

All in all, a good days cricket.
