We know we have been pushing that "The Alchemist" is almost done, etc. etc. but, we are happy to announce that we are back in the studio working on it. Alot of us have been busy with summer classes, summer jobs, and interships, so we haven't even written or praticed a great deal this summer. We are happy to say we are back on track with shows, writing, pratice, and recording and apoligize to those promoters we have not gotten back to right away. We would like to thank Tripp and the guys from Who Died? for having us last night in Convington, VA and to all those who watched our set. We had a great time and hope to come out there again very soon. We were extremly determined to do heavy touring this summer, but all our tours fell through... which has been very frustrating and a complete bummer for us (Tours include: The "A World Without/Sky Set Unfold" Tour that was set for July and the "At Rest/Sky Set Unfold" Tour for all of August. We are still negotiating doing a tour on our own and will keep everyone updated on our final decision on touring this summer. The bass, guitars, vocals, and drums on "The Alchemist" are 100% completed. From your perspective, it's finished, but our producer says we have alot of mixing and additional tracking to do to make it sound to it's full potential. We are deteremined to lay down one more guitar track that will fill out some of the parts in the song and additional vocals to make the vocals sound nice and heavy. There is also a great deal of drum and guitar mixing left to do before it can go to mastering. We again apoligize for those of you that have kept up with our updates and have lost faith in us and hope that we can be forgiven once the song is posted on our myspace. Thank you again for everyone who has been coming out to the shows and booking us. We are determined to making the finishing touches on our latest song and are devoted to finish the summer out with a tentative tour under our belt, releasing "The Alchemist" and another new song, and playing a great deal of shows.
