Well rock fans sorry for the long wait in updates, as you can see more dates have now come in which is good news, as for news within the band we are looking at new songs to play at the moment and cant wait to get back on stage on the 23rd at Ings Lane, a venue we have not played for some time now.

Jonno has been a busy bee with Biomechanical who have received some great reviews of their new album in Metal Hammer & Kerrang this month. dont forget the band play in Leeds on the 22nd at Rios, some of us will be making the trip to show our support so if you fancy a good headbanging night why not join us it will be a great night.

I caught Chris Hayes ex Alcatraz playing with Stagefright the other week and boy that band rocks I tell ya I was very impressed, check them out if you already havn't.
