So I'm officially a college co-ed. What does it feel like?
For one thing, my legs are sore. Being from a school with one hallway, I'm not used to walking halfway across the world to get from my dorm to class. Also, when visiting friends on other floors, I can choose either to work out my legs more by taking those stairs or risking my sanity taking the old-timey elevator and work out my arms doing that.
Another feeling is embarrasment. Also due to the fact I come from a miniscule school, I spend a time looking for the classrooms and buildings that I have to go to. The worst thing is not knowing which buildings have a step up from the ground, as I experienced the other day on the way to my first Sociology class. As a freshman, you feel sometimes that all the upperclassmen are snickering after you've past.
Another, shocked at the crazyness. My friend got held up at gunpoint the third night. The THIRD NIGHT!!!!
Giddyness. The amount of time I've spent laughing my butt off is crazy.
Last, but certainly not least, love. With the lifestyle, with the amount of new friends I've made, meeting up with old ones...I could go on forever.
I love college.
