So do you think it's because she's a spoiled little princess who thinks she deserves special treatment, or do you think it's because she's scared of jail and knows she will get an easier time at Lynwood?

MSN reports that Nicole Richie has officially requested to spend her time behind bars in Lynwood.

Now, this can be viewed a few ways.

1. Lynwood is an all female facility, so she can be more comfortable there.

2. Baca and his boys famously treat celebs better.

3. The county famously lets people go home (especially celebs) long before their time is up.

or
4. If Paris can handle it there, there's no way Nicole won't be able to!


I'm really not sure how I feel about this just yet. I mean, she did cop to what she did. I suppose it's to be expected that she's scared of going to jail, and therefore wants to make the experience as easy for herself as possible....

But....

Come on

It's Baca.

It's celebrity justice, from the most famous dispenser of it in the US.

Just how should I look at that?
