This song is about when my Good Dad had to put the smack down on his bad son. He Did and I ran away. what's ironic about this song is Robby used my dad's classic Mandolin to record the melody over his guitar melody. This is the REAL version of this song. We redid it to make it pop but I hope you enjoy cause its some therapeutic shit.

I too was on the receiving end of the Smack, more than once. As a father some of the things we do out of love hurts the ones we love, but believe me tough love is hard on the giver too. I pray life allows you to escape the pain of being the one doling out the tough love. Ironic that a song titled I don't Care was inspired because I cared enough to do what needed to be done. My love for you hasn't changed since the day you were borne, no wait, it has changed.....its grown. See ya tomorrow son ;)
