Our first Battle of the Bands, is also the largest BOTB in the storied rock n'roll history of Detroit. This is a 16 round competition with the winners taking home $10,000 in cash along with studio time in a premier Detroit recording studio. This Battle will also mark the first Herd stampede into the Rock City.

Herd (all of  us, including you hopefully) will be there thursday, the night of the 21st. We will battle 3 or 4 other bands in that first round. The competition is great! Some of these bands have been together for years and have established fan bases in the Detroit area. Herd has been together for only 8 months and this is our first visit to tha D as a band, as we mentioned b4. We need your help! The online voting started today Fri the 15th. Here's the link

First: Please vote and please call all of your friends and family and ask them to vote as well.

Second: Come with us thursday night bus leaves @ 3:00pm you know who to call for reservations and seat pricing. If the bus is full find someone to drive or offer to drive. Carpool and caravan. Call all your downstate friends and have them meet you there. We need as many people and as many votes as possible.
