So after navigating the streets of lower Manhattan trying to avoid the gridlock caused by some protest blocking our way to Franklin Street, The Howlin' Thurstons made it to the 4th floor recording studio of Mark Dann. With fearless producer, JP Bowersock's ears equally tuned as our instruments, and Rich's highly skilled hands manning Pro Tools, we got six songs tracked. With some help from the kick ass Vietnamese food, we got much accomplished and are very pleased with the early results. Peter has some over dubs yet to record, and then JP and Mark will have at it. We hope to have the final product ready for public consumption in the weeks to come. Stay tuned!
