Since we are on the subject of racial profiling, I want to share something that occurred two months in this small, quiet, little town which we reside in.

The day after Labor Day, just a few house down from ours, Kilian and I witnessed numerous law enforcement vehicles; county sheriff, local police, and unmarked, federal agents, outside of our neighbor’s house.  In addition, there was law enforcement on 4-wheelers, driving through a field.  Our other neighbor was with us and I thought this is a sting operation of some sort.

We asked one of the officers what happened and they said a young black male broke into a house and beat up a white girl.  This man is at large and on foot.  Not only was law enforcement looking for this man, but the residents of our town were driving around trying to “capture” this man.

This man-hunt went on all day, the next day, actually the whole week.  However, in the State of Oklahoma, we have the open public records act, so usually our local newspaper would announced such a crime, but there was nothing there.

Also, comes to find out that two local residents had stated to me, that they are not part of the KKK, THEY ARE THE KKK, and for me not to be surprised that if they captured him, he might be swinging on one of my trees!  I told Kilian this is bullshit!  We just purchased this place and now we live amongst admitted KKK members!

Later on, we found out the real story.  This young woman had “partied” with this man, took him home (her aunt’s house) and he spent the night.  The next morning, she went to the store, came home, and forgotten he was there.  So they had a lover’s quarrel and he took off, not on foot but his own vehicle.  So she made up a story about a “break-in committed by a black man”.

Was she arrested for false reporting?  NO!  Does this town still think of the black man as a criminal, YES!  There is even a sketch of him posted at the local store. All those man hours from law enforcement looking for a black man who did not committed a crime, IS RACIAL PROFILING!

WHERE IS THE JUSTIFICATION?

She should have been charged and arrested for false reporting, and the sketch of the man needs to be taken down.  I pray that this man escaped from the clutches of evil.  I pray that they did not capture him, hanged him, chopped him up, and buried him outside of town.  Because no one knows who he is, except for that little bitch.

And I also know for a fact, that if someone broke into my house, and beat me up, law enforcement wouldn’t have spent so much time looking for the person.  They wouldn’t treated me as a victim, they would have questioned me to death, given me the fifth degree, and make their own assumptions.

And for the young man on this blog, that was not reasonable cause and probable cause that was fucking harassment based upon their racial profiling.

Why is the KKK not treated like a regular Terrorist organization?

Brenna, I'm sorry you and your husband and family are subjexted to this crap1 I have no idea, but it is a perfect example of hate. This isn't even racial profiling, this is pure hate in the incarnation!

KKK that just TALKS about it  isn't terrorist, but the KKK that IS about it, and there are many chapters, people who we probably speak to everyday living double lives who are out here commiting hate crimes. Why isn't Glenn Beck breaking down crying at that terrorism?

Something happened earlier this evening...

One of my dogs, was ran over on purposed, right here, on our property.  I'm going to miss that dog, but, I wanted to file a police report, so I called our local police for three hours.

All I got was their answering machine.

I don't believe in lynching a person because of the color of their skin. If a woman wants a different colored man and children, that's her choice. Guess it could be compared with the homo's who want to marry and be seen as normal folk. I don't agree with it, and I don;t want my children observing such abomination, but it will become law sooner or later because Satan has the upper hand until the return of Chirst, which should not tarry much longer. Until then, ride that train that whines a song of gloom.

Glenn, you are comparing interracial couple to homosexuals?  That makes no sense you idiot.  I personally love my Black women but at the same time interracial couples can reproduce which homosexuals can't do.  How can you compare something that can create beautiful life to shit packing and carpet munching?

One abomination is no different from another in the eyes of God, so I gues you will have to ask HIM. Sin is sin whatever form it takes. Homosexuality is UNNATURAL; in my opinion, when a woman of one race concieves a child of ANOTHER race that, too, is UNNATURAL. I'm a NATURAL man myself; unlike these steriod-injected wannabees. lol!

Sorry, Charlie. Also, unlike you, I am NOT a bastard - I know WHO my daddy is.

The definition of a "bastard":
Beingillegitimate in birth.
Some one born out of wedlock.  Knowing who your father is or not has nothing to do with it.

I thought about taking pictures but it was just too heart breaking.  We got home and found poor little Chachi dead in front of our house.  He was in the gravel road, almost in our yard.  I could see the tire tracks from down at the end of the street where the car turned onto our street about 100 yards back.  The tire marks went from the corner across the road directly to where Chachi stood his last moment on life.  Who ever did this intentionally did it because the tire tracks crossed left of center and angled directly to where I found Chachi's body.  I could see where they hit Chachi, stopped, gout out and walked to him, then got back in the vehicle and proceeded down the street for 60 feet then turned right and took off.  There were signs of gravel being thrown so they had to have taken the corner a little fast.  The sad thing is, we had just pulled in to town and saw poor Chachi lying there and our 5 yr old daughter was in the back seat.  After I got the family inside, I proceeded to dig a grave and walked over to Chachi, picked him up and he was still warm.  It probably happened minutes before we arrived.  It burns my ass to think one of the cars that passed us as we headed home probably killed our dog.

Why is the KKK not treated like a regular Terrorist organization?

Now!  That classifies as a 64,000 dollar question sort of speak, because of the various dynamics it is known and unknown to be made up of, to say the least!  And really it should be treated as a 'terrorist organization' to help stamp out raceisum and racial profiling here in America today, for a possible America of peace and harmony tomorrow!

Respectfully,

Hate groups like the KKK feed of of fear and paranoia. Their main tactics include intimidation and violence. Like the Nazis in Nazi Germany, they bank on people submitting to their tactics. People "don't want to get involved" or "to say anything that doesn't involve them". This sentiment in Nazi Germany made it easy for Hitler to kill thousands of Jewish people, disabled individuals, mentally ill/ physically deformed people, or individuals belonging to other ethnic minorities.  Little did "the silent majority"  know is that it was only a matter of time til Hitler got around to them.  You see, evil is pervasive. Given enough time, it consumes any and everyone in its path.

worse things have happened than this. like...

1) Bush didnt get impeached
2)ron paul didnt get elected
3)obama got elected
4)obama signed the G20 bill

it seems to me we're setting up the Weimar Republic... ring any bells?

remember than name, Gustavo. it probobly sounds dumb to put it out like that, but im trying to change the world. Remember, we DO live in a capitalist/monopolist society, in which poverty DOES IN FACT create money's value(well in comparison i imagine a monopoly would too) but thats just a double whammy! people, please. Remember your past lives. we CHOSE to live in this time period, this time of DRAMATIC change in consciousness of the masses. Remember brothers and sisters, love is true power. there should be no government, in my humble limited opinion. this blog is evidence of that. i pity the man who said to himself "i cannot control myself or my loved ones, i need someone ABOVE me(physically of course;guns, money power etc.) to control me and the population. the only reason we need control, is because everyone out there is trying to make the most money possible and not giving a flying fuck about who theyre ripping off. even people who are on deck if you want to go that low in terminology! when your on D with a couple O's and you wanna make some bills, what do you do? instead of selling grams for 15, you sell .7 or .8!!! all these greedy buisness practices have added up, and thats why africa is the way it is. India. Southeast Asia. Mexico. must i go on? help me help you. in the words of marcus carvey, begin with yourself. vsociety.net

The KKK is not considered a terrorist organization in some parts because, if you will excuse my saying so, Oklahoma is full of ignorant rednecks.

OK,

just a few things to point out here.  I am not trying to prop up the "Blue Wall" but want to give you LE's perspective on the incident.

There was probably a call that came into 911 from the girl and she told them exactly what was originally reported, that she was attacked by a black man who ran away.  We have to assume originally, especially on a violent crime when the perpetrator could be nearby and time is of the essence in order to catch the possible offender, that the reporting party is telling the truth. Now, i live in a county where there are two small cities with only a few officers, so them calling the Sheriff for additional officers, especially when trying to cover an area trying to locate someone, is not uncommon. Because we are so spread out, we have had wildlife officers and even the highway patrol assist us on looking for a runaway teenager just because we needed people to cover large areas.  As for the unmarked "federal" agents, not everyone in a suit with an unmarked car is federal.  I'm not federal.  However, since Oklahoma does have large amounts of federal jurisdictions (all tribal lands are federal, not state or local) it is possible federal agents showed up to assist with manpower.

I am sure that once the truth came out, the manhunt was called of and all LEO released from the scene.  This has happened to us before, the original information dictates the response, but subsequent information reduces the response.  Brenna, if your children were attacked and you thought the attacker was close, would you want the police to mobilize immediately and begin looking for the attacker and then call it off if they found out it was not true or would you rather they wait until they could absolutely verify the crime then call out the search party well after the person was gone?  That's why we look immediately until we find out otherwise.

As for the non-LEO's riding around looking for the person, i can't do anything about them.  We have that happen here, too. Somedays i swear they give out scanners at the Wal-mart with our frequencies property owners to take them down.

The final thing i want to bring up is that it is not up to LE to press charges against the woman for filing a false report.  Like everything else, LE brings the evidence before a judge or magistrate and they decide if charges can be filed or not.  Trust me, i personally have had many false report charges denied and i could not tell you why.  I had plenty of evidence to support my claim, but they just said it wasn't worth it.  beats me.

Brenna, i am sorry that you are having to deal with the KKK now.  I know that what i do has no effect on your area, but here they are treated the same as gangs (bloods, MS-13, etc.), Outlaw motorcycle gangs, and organized crime, because that is what they are.  We monitor them, we study them, and when they break the law, they are arrested, but they get "extra special treatment" in NC, any crime the KKK commits carries "hate Crime" legislation on it due to the nature of their organization, which automatically adds Federal time to their sentence.

You are right in regards to several jurisdictions.  Oklahoma has tribal, federal, state, and local.  They do work together, because of the man power.

But, when the truth came out, this woman was not punished for false reporting.

There is no crime of false reporting from a reporter... In fact the court has ruled there is law that prohibits reporters from lying...

The Media Can Legally Lie

By Mike Gaddy
Writer for lewrockwell.com.

In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting or falsifying the news in the United States.

Back in December of 1996, Jane Akre and her husband, Steve Wilson, were hired by FOX as a part of the Fox “Investigators” team at WTVT in Tampa Bay, Florida. In 1997 the team began work on a story about bovine growth hormone (BGH), a controversial substance manufactured by Monsanto Corporation. The couple produced a four-part series revealing that there were many health risks related to BGH and that Florida supermarket chains did little to avoid selling milk from cows treated with the hormone, despite assuring customers otherwise.

According to Akre and Wilson, the station was initially very excited about the series. But within a week, Fox executives and their attorneys wanted the reporters to use statements from Monsanto representatives that the reporters knew were false and to make other revisions to the story that were in direct conflict with the facts. Fox editors then tried to force Akre and Wilson to continue to produce the distorted story. When they refused and threatened to report Fox's actions to the FCC, they were both fired.(Project Censored #12 1997)

Akre and Wilson sued the Fox station and on August 18, 2000, a Florida jury unanimously decided that Akre was wrongfully fired by Fox Television when she refused to broadcast (in the jury's words) “a false, distorted or slanted story” about the widespread use of BGH in dairy cows. They further maintained that she deserved protection under Florida's whistle blower law. Akre was awarded a $425,000 settlement. Inexplicably, however, the court decided that Steve Wilson, her partner in the case, was ruled not wronged by the same actions taken by FOX.

FOX appealed the case, and on February 14, 2003 the Florida Second District Court of Appeals unanimously overturned the settlement awarded to Akre. The Court held that Akre’s threat to report the station’s actions to the FCC did not deserve protection under Florida’s whistle blower statute, because Florida’s whistle blower law states that an employer must violate an adopted “law, rule, or regulation." In a stunningly narrow interpretation of FCC rules, the Florida Appeals court claimed that the FCC policy against falsification of the news does not rise to the level of a "law, rule, or regulation," it was simply a "policy." Therefore, it is up to the station whether or not it wants to report honestly.

During their appeal, FOX asserted that there are no written rules against distorting news in the media. They argued that, under the First Amendment, broadcasters have the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on public airwaves. Fox attorneys did not dispute Akre’s claim that they pressured her to broadcast a false story, they simply maintained that it was their right to do so. After the appeal verdict WTVT general manager Bob Linger commented, “It’s vindication for WTVT, and we’re very pleased… It’s the case we’ve been making for two years. She never had a legal claim.”

they aren't singling him out of a group of people in hopes of catching a criminal, they're setting him up for a crime he didn't commit because of his race.

To try to answer the question:

The KKK acts of violence are not like they were so there is a difference with being a terrorist.  The KKK was sued once by a black woman and that gave them a chill pill.  They are an organization and the law can't lock you up because you are an organization - only if you commits acts of violence resulting in dealth and injury to others.  they tend to just want to be seperate, support their own and like the idea that they are better than any human race.

Also, their acts of BS is not all out in the public like they don't give a shit and they do not want to be under investigation by the FBI and be sued again.  They can parade in their Klan suit, tell people they are a Klansman but as long as they are not being destructive and killing people the law don't have reason to deal with them like a terrorist.

What about these gangs today with their bald heads, signet tattoos, and colors? What makes them any different from the KKK? You can keep your bald head, tattoos and colors, while I wave my Confederate Flag. At the rate the Union is destroying what was once America, we may have to run her back up the pole and fight for States Rights once again. Does that sound familiar?
