Hello Friends,
Thought I would drop in on myself and say "Hello". This is my first "blog", although I have been known to "blog" live I have never recorded it for posterity. Hope everyone had a great summer, mine was busy. The band (The New Century Beatniks) was quite busy over the summer. We actually had to take vacations from playing!
I did not schedule any solo acoustic performances due to the hectic schedule of The Beatniks and also because, well quite frankly, I was burned out on it. But I have been getting the itch to do a solo performance again and have been wondering to myself "WHY?"...the only answer I was able to give myself was "because you can"...then I noticed something here on my little hunk of "space"...somebody, or somebodies is listening to my music. (I see that little number of plays counter going up) and then I wondered "Who are you?"... then I thought to myself "I'll just ask"...so here goes...Who are you? Where are you from? What brought you here to my music?...Maybe you can help answer my question as to why I should attempt another solo acoustic performance!
