I don't know quite how to say this except to come right out and say it. It looks like En Gedi is over .... we must of completed the mission that God had planned for us. We all prayed about it, and talked about it. It's time and it's been coming for awhile now. We were just trying to still hold on. We're not completely closing the door, maybe down the road, if the Lord opens that door the band will regroup, but for the foreseeable future it's over.
Gerard and Nathan will still do music, but I think Nathan needs to do his own thing for a while, which is understandable. En Gedi started when he was 14 yrs old, so he's been doing it for 8 years now. Gerard will still continue to play his drums wherever the Lord leads him to.
We are kind of relieved, but yet kind of sad about it too. It's been apart of our lives for so long, and En Gedi is apart of us, but we know that God has other plans for us, and our future is in His Hands. What better hands to be in aye?
We want to thank you all for the support that you have shown us throughout the years, you have been such a blessing to us.
We will be deleting our web site by the end of this month, but will keep our MySpace page in hopes that people who wonder on the page will be blessed by the music, and we still have Cd's to sell, so you can still get a hold of us here if you need prayer or anything.
In our way of saying thank you & for those who don't already have a copy of our Cd's, I have uploaded two songs from each of our three Cd's for you to download for free.
Some of you might not know about our first Cd "En Gedi1" we sold out of it within the first year or two. At the time Nathan was only 15 yrs old, I hope you enjoy the songs off of it.
