Hallo people,
The last couple of weeks has yet again been very exciting for us. Tom and I spent Wednesday and Thursday of last week at Konk studios putting on the final touches of Flying to the Ground. This song is going to be our next single, and will be released in February 2010.
The track sounds great, and we can't wait to get it out there!!
Sunday night, we did a gig at Captain's Rest in Glasgow. The gig went off really well, considering it was a Sunday night, plus we got fed really well!!
The next couple of weeks we'll be spending in the studio rehearsing. Tom has some new songs that we want to get working on. We also have another London gig confirmed for the 23rd of November at Underbelly in Shoreditch.
I also want to mention that we had a great write-up in the Scottish news paper The Daily Record last week. We've been compared to bands such as Coldplay, The Fratellis and U2, which is a great compliment for us!!
As for other bands, I have recently purchased the new Dave Matthews Band album, which is just absolutely great! They have been one of my favourite bands for a long time. I also can't wait to get my hands on Season 7 of 24, because lets face it, who doesn't want to be Jack Bauer?!
