Okay, this one seriously overdue update. Apologies to all who I haven't spoke to to inform you of where I am in my life, to everyone else, please see this as a refresher.

We'll get the bit that everyone should know by now anyway. I split up with Lisa a few months back and I refuse to go into details, suffice to say that it's over. The silver lining in this was that I met a great girl called Becky. I've fallen so deeply in love with Becky that even I'm a bit blown away, she really is special and means so much to me.

Other fun news for you is that I've survived my first semester of uni unscathed, I got some great feedback from my tutors (as well as one mediocre essay... Ah well) and I've met some truly special people who were kind enough to throw me a surprise birthday party where I had a great time, although I was in shock for most of the evening, the surprise was that great.

I'm still jobless, although I'm optimistic for the New Year. Oh, and the great presents I received for my Birthday included plenty of books, DVDs and video games that should keep me from spending too much money during semester 2. Speaking of which I'm now 23... Wow, I feel old now.

One last piece of very good news to share, my Dad and WSM are expecting a new baby, so come June '08 I'll be a big brother yet again. I'm so excited, it was such a special piece of news to round off the year with. Of course, I'll keep you all updated on this.
