Good morning, all friends and musicians...

nominations have been announced for the 2009 Detroit Music Awards...honored to let you know that i have seven nominations in various categories....under Acoustic and Rock/Pop - next time, Jazz, too -this is fantastic :)

There are so many underrated musicians who are nominated and it would be sweet if people cared and loved the music from their own city and area. Because we know they do! Everyone should be on the ballot! and recognized here for the fiery creation and talents of Detroit and Michigan - thank you, grazie, always, for any love and support - here's to a warmer April. i'm grateful for my 7 nominations, and Scott Dailey also has a nomination, my great guitar player - thank you kindly.
