Hey, kids! Are y'all ready for Christmas yet?

Well, we gotta present coming for ya, though it'll have to wait until just after the new year before we can give it to you.

Last week, Half Zaftig finished recording our new single "Help Is On The Way" over at Pete n' Lizzy's house, and Pete is going to be spending the next week or so getting that sucker mixed, and THEN, we are releasing it FOR FREE to everyone on dar Intarwebz the night of January 4, 2009 (which, for our Euro-friends, will be more like the MORNING of January 5 for you guys).

We're really excited about this song, even though it's short and sweet. In a GOOD way, we think.

This song is going to be the first of Shawn's "52 Songs" project that he is doing throughout 2009, where he will be posting a NEW song EVERY WEEK for FREE download. HZ will be participating in this project as often as possible, but it takes longer to marshal our resources to get a new song tracked by the full band. Regardless, Shawn will be posting a new song EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT all year long (or, as before for you Europeans, every Monday morning). Sound cool? We hope you think so!
