Dear lovely friends,

so I think this is the first blog entry I will do in my life. Not only for anois, in general. And this entry is going to tell a lot of great things (at least, two I think).

First :
We have finished recording our debut album. It's not really done yet, but the recordings worked fine and now we are fine tuning the songs. It will be something different to the EP of us some of you might know through the beloved Poni Republic. Darker, more simple and we tried out some Pop-Elements (you know, the real song thing). We are excited and you should too, we hope to have all done by the end of march, though a lot of other things have to be managed. Ahhh, and Anne came up with such a lovely title for the album, and Jens will do our artwork. Check his myspace site (through our friends list), he's so talented!

Second :
We will do a Split EP with our wonderful friends from Songs For Sunday Parlours. They just released their EP on Poni and it's amazing. It will contain 4 Songs, 2 of each. So you have the chance to hear and download (cause it will be a netrelease) 2 of our new songs by checking it out when it's done. Only thing missing is the artwork, which is in the making. And then we hope to release it very soon.

I really want to go on writing. But there is nothing left to tell.

Going to be a good year, huh?

LoveLove

Really glad to hear about these news!
I recently discovered Songs for Sunday Parlours and I'm really enjoying their music, which made me just think about your wonderful one, so I can't wait to hear the split EP by both of you together.
Then, I was waiting from a while to hear something like you were going to release and album, and what you wrote about it makes more and more curious: "darker and simple" makes me think I will like it so much.

Keep in touch
Raffaello
