I know my title for this rant isn't innovative, unique or smart - but neither are any of the ideas that this candidate is bringing to the table. The Republican nomination of John McCain may be one of the biggest mistakes that the Republican party has made in the last decade. McCain is a "centrist" candidate who tries to appeal to everyone but doesn't excite anyone.

McCain has changed his positions on a few of the major issues so I'm not sure what to believe; and he hasn't presented any ideas on changing the status quo in the direction I want it to go. He's making it sound like he won't pursue any real change in the way we're doing things, so I guess a vote for McCain is a vote for the way things are now.

I was hoping to vote FOR someone this election, but it looks like I'll just plugging my nose and voting against Obama with my vote. *sigh*

Just grab a ballot and write, in big bold capital letters, "HUCKABEE!!!"

I'm sick of the republican party... McCain is about as far from conservatism as I can imagine. I'm also sick of voting for the lesser of two evils. Big spending, and big government is all we're going to get with either of these candidates... Bob Barr is a lot more conservative than McCain ever will be. Maybe it's time for me to go libertarian...
