I popped into Jeremy's house today to pick something up, and as soon as I saw Jeremy, I could tell he'd done something exciting.
He invited me into his main room to listen to a track he's been working on... put some headphones on me... and several minutes later when it ended, I sat stunned at the track I'd heard.
I wanted to let you know what is coming, so you could feel some of the excitement that I do!
This new track, which will be worked on in a studio this week, is a tribute to Michael Jackson and a wake up call to the planet. Inspired by Michael's Earth Song, Jeremy's track is called Cry of the Earth and honestly, the way it starts at the beginning is one of the most beautiful tracks I have ever heard. When you get to hear it, you will get the similarities, but Jeremy's version has a more powerful and urgent energy about it. I guess that when Michael wrote his version, there was more time to spare...
So watch out for this track coming to this page in the coming weeks.
OK. So, I guess if you are reading this, like me, you have woken up somewhat to what a mess the world is in, you've realised that it's going the wrong way, and you care about it.
If that is the case, I'd like to ask for your help. Here's a video of Jeremy passionately expressing so much of what I believe we all feel and it is exactly what the song Cry of the Earth is based upon. I would like to ask you to watch it and then send it on to some of your friends, either on youtube or here on MySpace. There's a link to the youtube page underneath the video, and there should be a code you can copy at the end of the video to embed it into your own page / blog / comment or bulletin.
As you'll see here, Jeremy has nailed it, and he has the passion and the words to wake a lot of people up if we can spread this video...!
