Greetings from the Fire in the Field at the home base,
.. ..
All is sweat and sticky, but mostly wet in these summer
months and we hope all of you are doing what you need to stay righteous. We are getting down to it, making things pop,
in preparation for our gargantuan rock expedition to The Paradise in ....Boston..... It all comes swinging in on August 29th,
and is our biggest show to date, not to mention it is one of two shows that
Live Nation has granted to the local music scene. It’s a night that marks a historical moment,
sparse as it may be; we are thrown into the big room, turned to eleven, in an
amphitheater usually reserved for national touring acts.

We invite you to come down to the show, a rock n’roll circus
of sorts, and sport your finest cowboy boots, preferably snakeskin, and groove
your feet to Fire in the Field. The soup
will be thicker with the addition of Amy Santarelli’s background vocals and
Andrew Blowen’s sludgy ....Hammond....
