there is a stillness I have found. time stands still, but moves too fast all at once.  I see myself reflected in the eyes of the one I love and am breathless at what I find there. like attracts like, and if she is who I attract, then I really am good enough. the loneliness is gone, the fear a memory, like a wisp of morning mist, hit by the sun and quickly gone. was it really even there?

the pain is gone, not numbed, not ignored just no longer existing, transmuted to the energy of love, trust, and respect. I am open to possibilities and everything is possible. my heart is open, vulnerable, and in this I find true strength, compassion, love, and peace. I am not afraid, I am content, happy, joyful at having found what I have searched for.
