Hey guys! I gotta say, I hate MySpace. I wrote a whole blog post, hit "Preview & Post," and up came that ubiquitous message, "Sorry! An error has occurred!" I bet they're not sorry, though. And then it tells me an email is being forwarded to the MySpace IT team or whatever. What do you want to bet the MySpace IT team is a single monkey sitting at a desk, nibbling on cheese curls?

Okay, that's my MySpace rant du jour.

The truth is, though I'm not on MySpace everyday (because these things happen to me all the time, it seems) I LOVE the letters you've been sending, I LOVE that so many of you went out and bought Unbelievable as soon as it was released, and I love that so many of you enjoyed it. So please, keep writing, I'm a little slow at responding but I'll try to get to everyone! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for loving the series as much as I do! Thanks to you faithful readers, Unbelievable made it to 4 on the NY Times series bestseller list! Hooray!

Now, in some other news:

1. Book Chic is giving away two signed copies of Unbelievable. If you haven't gotten your hands on it yet, check out the site here

2. I'm doing the Decatur Book Festival (which is just outside Atlanta) at the end of August. The festival sounds really great-- a lot of authors are coming and giving talks/ signing books, and apparently there's a Harry Potter cover band! (Not that I'm exactly sure what that might entail. I don't know if they dress like Harry Potter characters, or if they sing about the books. Either way, though, it'll definitely be interesting...)

3. My husband and I are moving back to Pennsylvania (near the fabled Rosewood, which truly doesn't exist, but is sort of an amalgam of the area where I grew up) in 2 1/2 weeks! Meaning plenty more book events on the east coast for all you that live out that way!

4. And don't forget about PLL 5, WICKED, which should be out this December. I just finished a draft, and I think you'll be pleased! Btw, it's a continuation of this series, with the same characters, same situation, etc. It's just...everything gets a whole lot...darker.

::cue evil laugh. and owl hooting. and hands scraping down a chalkboard. and other scary-type things.::

Wicked comes out this December??? Are you serious? December 2008?? Holy crap! YAY!!! That's fantastic. Unbelievable was amazing and perfect, and I read it one sitting after buying it on my lunch break the day it came out. I can't wait for Wicked!! Personally, I want to know more about Alli's brother, and Jenna's comment about him understanding sibling problems.

Me and my friends finished the books so far within 1 week each. We got introuble at school everyday for reading in class. Everytime the teacher turned around, we opened up the book and started reading again. Sometimes we didn't eat lunch. 'cause we missed our table being called to finish up a chapter. We're reading freaksss!!

that myspace blog mess up thing has happened to me too!!! it is soooo frustrating.
i haven't read unbelievable yet, cause i don't have enough money and my mom won't buy it for me; so i went to the store yesterday and just sat in there reading and i got to the 4th chapter before a sales guy told me to "buy the book, or leave".

so i discovered the first book in the series while i was at barns and noble waiting for my boyfriend to find his honda tuning magizine, BORING!

while i sat there and waited i glanced at the cover opened it up and read through the first few pages, then ofcourse my lovely boyfriend staggered up to me waving his annoying magazine in my face ( meaning he was ready ) so without thinking i threw the book back on the shelf and went home

that whole night all i could think about was what happened next...so the next day as soon as i got out of work back to b&n it was !

i bought the first book and read it in two days

then ofcourse back to b&n yet again to buy books 2 and 3 figuring it would take a while to read them but nope both were finished in yet another mere 48 hours

so then yesterday for what i though would be the last time BACK to b&n to get my copy of book 4 , which i just now finished and loved.

only to find out

THERES GOING TO BE A BOOK 5!!!! Yessah !

YAY! This series ROCKS and I can't wait to read Unbelievable, I'm sure the title will suit the book. I LOVE the new cover, which one of our girls are going to be on the cover of Wicked? I'm dying to know! I'm dying to know, are we going to see Pretty Little Liars dolls in stores anytime soon? I am well past the age of playing with Barbies but I would definatly buy them just to collect, they are so adorable!!!
