Thanks again to Jorge' and DJ*Nobody for spinnin' The Flamenco Kid and havin' us on.  It's funny cause Jorge' reminds me of my old drummer Jorge'- his show which by the way is an hour of Twang Crunch and Oomph! yet he had the same take as my  bass player Ed on the T-Rex in TJ aspect of the song.  DJ *Nobody in our wide ranging interview asks me the definition of oomph!  Both shows use the Slinky song! It seems connected somehow yet i can't quite put my finger on it.  Johnny Law is derived from oomph?  Slinky is a wonderful wonderful toy?(for a girl & a boy)  All Jorges are drum bashing (or bongo beating ) El Bastardos (i mean that in the best way) that sometimes think like a bass player (as in Mr. Wrinkle)?...

meanwhile back in the studio we've started recording the last song for the next album.  also, it looks like we'll be on the radio again in the next mo. or so for the cd release (finally) of "Half Track Mind" so I'll let you know....

I've posted up 3 new songs for summer off Half Track Mind -  One Last Pop Song, Maggie Says, and Pretty Baby -a nice sunny set as it sinks slowly in the horizen and the moon becomes cool in the deep blue of night....
