What we've learned by touring ourselves, or from talking to other touring bands is one thing is for sure, it's a roller coaster ride. There will always be ups and downs, or random curves thrown at you, but the important thing is knowing how to deal with them, or do your best to get through them. That being said, this tour was no different. We had an amazing time, met some amazing people, and almost financially broke even, the key word there being “almost.”
After our last show in Phoenix, while we were driving back up the mountain to our homes, with the natural desire for home-cooked meals, and sleeping in our own beds burning in our chest, our Van “The Grey-Goose”’s transmission went completely out and we were stranded on the side of the road outside Payson, a mere hour-and-a-half away from home. We eventually made it home, but our van is still sitting at a Transmission shop in Payson. Those of you who have ever had to pay to replace a transmission don’t need reminding of how expensive it can be, but for those of our readers that have no idea, it’s going to cost right around $2000.
We currently have $0 in our band fund, and with SXSW coming up next week, we are in a bit of a pickle. So we ask you for as much help as you can offer! We have set up an amazing sale in our

HERE!If the items in our online store are still too expensive, then we have a few more options available. You can buy our albums on iTunes, or Smartpunk.com. We also have a donate button on our Myspace page, and believe me when I tell you EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS!!!!!
