ABBA GOLD were privileged to be asked to perform for the VIP's at the premiere of the Universal movie based on the songs and the stage show of the same name, Mamma Mia!, in July 2008.
The band performed 2 shows, one in Brussels and one in Antwerp for the American Movie Day events, where they played in the VIP lounge for all the celebs who had just seen the premiere of the movie.
ABBA GOLD have performed many many shows in Belgium over the years (including 4 headlining open-air festivals in 2008) so they were the obvious choice to play at the event.
ABBA GOLD's Management would like to thank all the people, presenters, sponsors and all our partners for the smooth running of these shows. ABBA GOLD were treated like stars and are very greatful to everyone, especially Quinten!
