Dear fans of Country Music, This Sunday evening the Academy of Country Music will host their annual awards show. Monday they will pay special tribute to American music legend George Strait with the rare "Artist of the Decade" award at a special television taping. Like most of you, we are in awe at what this artist has accomplished. I can really appreciate how far George has come. We used to play the same dance halls in Texas when he was first getting started! In fact, the Ace in the Hole Band would open the shows for us! Later, George commissioned me to do his portrait in charcoal so they could sell copies to his fans at concerts across the country. We saw it coming..! Last year, when George had his record setting 56th #1 hit, Roller Studio created a tribute in a sculpture that expresses what is in the hearts of millions of fans called America's Troubadour. America's Troubadour is now finished and to commorate this historic moment in American Music history, copies are being offered to long time Roller Studio collectors and a limited number of fans out side that circle. America's Troubadour stands 14" tall and is mounted on a 2" base. This tribute is made of cast resin with a beautiful cast bronze-like finish. To experience America's Troubadour for yourself go to www.myspace.com/rollerstudios and enjoy a video of the piece. (Feel free to add your comment)
America's Troubadour Price is just $145. Plus shipping (usually around $18.00). To reserve your copy simply reply to this Email (rollerarts@aol.com) with "America's Troubadour" in the subject box. We will personally get back to you to answer any questions (by phone if you prefer) and gather shipping and ordering details.
Do you know a lot of people who would enjoy having this tribute in your MySpace Friends Network? If you help sell four or more pieces through your network you get your AMERICA'S TROUBADOUR for just the cost of shipping!
