I'm super jazzed about the buzz I'm hearing about tonight's show. Sounds like there will be a good chunk of people at the Frequency.

I've been listening to the Raconteurs a lot over the last year, and the more I listen, the more I like. Jack White and Brendon Benson are a great vocal match. Patrick Keeler kicks the living shit out of Meg White (which really doesn't take all that much, cause she's a terrible drummer), and many of you have heard me riff on the 'Stripes lack of bass, so Jack Lawrence is a welcome addition and a great player. I love the stories, and the tunes really get stuck in my head. Check them out live, and you won't be disappointed. Get their studio records too.

I'm "running" a 1/2 marathon in Nashville a week from tomorrow, and I haven't exactly been training hardcore, hence the "". It's the Music City Marathon, and there are bands strategically placed around the course. I love the idea, and from a band standpoint, you could play the same song over and over, and no one would know (except the volunteers) because your audience is literally running toward you only to run away from you. I just find it humorous I guess. I'm still gonna have fun even if I won't be able to walk for a couple of days after. It's only 13.1 miles!!
