Current mood: frustrated
We need your help! Please be responsible for the rehearsal time you book. We know things come up, but please do us the favor of calling and letting us know if you have a problem or conflict with the time you have booked.
As of February 4, 2008 we have changed our cancellation policy back to our original 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your rehearsal time with less than 24 hours notice from the time you booked, or are a "no show" you will be responsible for PAYING IN FULL for the time you booked. Please make sure you are aware of our cancellation policy and how it works before you book and confirm your time with us. We also highly suggest that you check with all of your band members first, before confirming time with us.
We had tried to institute a different cancellation policy here in the last few months, and to be really honest too many people have been canceling with little or no notice, and then are not paying for the time, leaving us with an empty room. We are disappointed that our attempt at giving everybody a break on the cancellation fees hasn't worked the way we had hoped. We want to hold the time for those who are going to use the time. We are going back to our tried and true cancellation policy...
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from the time you book, you will be responsible for paying for the time booked IN FULL. If you call with less than 24 hours notice, you will need to pay for the cancellation at the time you cancel. You must either come by the studio and drop off the money, or you may pay by credit card over the phone. If you book another rehearsal time within a week from your cancellation you may pay for the cancellation fee at your next scheduled rehearsal. If however you will not be in again that soon, you will need to pay for the time over the phone with a credit card at the time of the cancellation.
