I'm so bored right now. I had to come in early to babysit a videoconference, so basically I have to sit here until 8:30 when the receptionist comes in. So I'm posting a blog because I don't know what else to do!

I'm buying a house. Closing is on September 5, and I think I'll be moving at least my bed and a tv there that first weekend so I can rip out the wallpaper and start painting. Is it just me or is wallpaper the most hideous thing ever? My parents seem to love it (it's everywhere in the house) but I just don't get it. The house is located in the historic district in Pontiac, around the M-59 and Telegraph area. It's fucking awesome! It was built and 1964 and it's like you're walking back in time when you go in there, it LOOKS like 1964. Everything was taken very good care of. It's about 1000 sq. ft., it's got a 1 car attached garage, and a fully finished basement (with lights in the ceiling for a pool table). I will upload an album full of pictures that weekend after closing hopefully, right now the pics I have are all kinda blurry and shitty. I can't wait to move out. Just to have the freedom to do whatever the hell I want, when I want. And reducing my commute time by about 40-45 minutes will be nice too.

Yesterday Sam and I have been together for 2.5 years. It's been a fun couple of years, to say the least. Can't wait till we can live in the same house and not have to worry about nosy parents and everything. I especially can't wait to get a puppy together! We think we're gonna adopt a Schnauzer. They're awesome.

That's about all that's been going on with me lately. Other than the house stuff, I'm REALLY looking forward to going to the renaissance festival, it's always a lot of fun.

Oh, almost forgot, if anyone knows where I can get stuff framed for a decent price (less than $90), let me know. I've got at least 2 movie posters I want to get framed for the living room.

And another note, if anyone knows of anyone who's getting married, I'm gonna try going out on my own next year and shooting weddings on my own in addition to the work I do already, and I will do it for pretty cheap.
