Hard to believe, but it is the end of January. Weather has been strange, cold, warm, frigid, then mild. Ahh Nebraska, a moody bitch is she. It's been a strange month. Business has been slow, yet things have come in unexpected. New contacts have been made and there seems to be hope for great opportunities in the future.

Getting back into the podcast has been nice. My latest show features clips from the Omaha Entertainment And Arts Awards. It was a fun show and the first one that I have not taken one home as I was not in a band to be nominated. Being on the voting panel was an honor though. Over all the show went well and I think it should continue every year despite some criticism from disgruntled members of the public and certain musicians. We all just enjoyed being at an event and in the company of all the other cool musicians in Omaha. It was nice. Going to be working on all the shows this week. Need to get some guests lined up for the next few shows. And it looks like Worlds of Wayne will be contributing to the Earth Day festivities as well as sponsoring the event and promoting it months prior. I really want to expand the scope of the show, have different guests from other walks of life. I love the music end of things, but it's only one of my worlds.

Can't wait till scooter season. Going to be working on my Vespa soon getting it ready. We are very close as well to getting our scooter themed retail site off the ground as well. It will be the best source for scooter gifts, apparel, and related items on the web. For now, ill just dream of riding my 100-sport on long stretches of road...

Strange thing last week, got a ton of friend requests on facebook from old friends from my high school days. It was a total blast from the past. Some I haven't seen since 1985. In my mind they look exactly as they did back then. It's fun to see how everyone has changed. I look in the mirror and try to see how I have changed and imagine what I will look like 20 years from now...

ahh nostalgia.
