4. How many  people will come to see you play?
5. Give me a link to your myspace or other epk.
6. Full contact info (phone, email, web, ect.)
7. Be patient - I get alot of requests each week.  I do have two full time job and a band myself - so it is virtually impossible to answer every email. I will write you back if I am interested.
8. If booked, immediately send Hi Res jpeg Image and biography for us to use online.  Send 20-30 legible posters for the show.  You are expected to self promote, I recommend hand billing, posting your own fliers around town, myspace bulletins and text messages.  If your show is weak it will reflect on you.
9. Advance the show at least 2 weeks out!
10. Be sure to show up on time and prepared!
11. I do expect all bands to stay the duration of the show.   

Hint 1: I am way more apt to book a unknown to me band if you can get one of my regular headliners to request your band under their wing.
