I took the week off following the Arts Festival and Indie/Rock fest we organized for August weekend.

Have to say I had a ball during the weekend and we're thinking of doing it again next year.  BTW, thanks to all the bands and DJ OB, you guys played their hearts out on the day and made it a day to remember. Also, thanks to the bands that are sending us emails expressing their interest in playing River Of Shadows next year (if we do it again), keep them coming to info@riverofshadows.org.

Sorry about the price of the drink on the day, we didn't know the guy we got to run the bar would charge so much. I wouldn't mind if we were making anything extra out of it but we agreed a fixed price with him. Anyway we live and learn...

Stayed local for myweek off and enjoyed all that Kerry has to offer. Weather wasn't too bad either and I somehow managed to get a tan, looks like I was in Spain for a month!

I'll be doing some house work on the RiverOfShadows.org site next week (needs updating) and we're already looking forward to planning our next project (whatever that will be).  Also need to update my MySpace, just have to work my way through the pile on my desk first.
