Went to Feile Beo last night with the wife. They have a three day festival running in Dingle on 16th, 18th, 19th. Loads of bands and music and drink.

We went to the gig in the Hillgrove (which I thought had been sold for an Aldi or something but not the case).
Exit The Street started while the place was till filling up and did a pretty good job. Towards the end of their set they were really getting into it. Fred were next and did a good job of warming up a slow floor with a cover of Ah-ha's Take On Me. That was their only cover and I was impressed with some of their tunes, particularly their last single (can't remember the name, awful memory!). The female on keyboards did some lovely vocals, great sound.

The Blizzards from Dublin were the headline and they sure have a following in the West! Besides a few problems with the sound (not their fault, sound and lightings) they played a stormer.

I probably won't get into town for the rest of the festival but good luck to the organizers, 3 days is a big undertaken!

If you're in Dingle swing by and listen out for the sounds, you'll find the bands no problem.
