Hello there,
So I've finally exorcised the demons and am digging into this new record. We've done 6 days of tracking so far in a lovely studio in Seattle. Blake Wescott is producing the record and among other lovely Seattleites guesting, we've got Casey Foubert playing drums and keys, and my constant favorite, Ed O'Brien on bass.
We hope to finish these 14 songs in September. Then we'll sort out what to do with our lives and find out how our new songs fit into our lives.
In the meantime, I may break down and release a couple sneaks and previews as I've been doing at live shows. Look for new songs live at CMJ this October and on myspace.com/katetuckermusic.
