Hello! Hopefully this message finds you well.

A few things of business to cover. First, we have posted two new songs to our myspace page! Well, not new songs, but they are new to myspace. So please give a listen to "Backtracking" and "Dependence" and let us know what you think. As always, if you like what you hear, both songs are available for download on iTunes and all of your other favorite downloading sites.

Secondly, it's update time (which we've obviously offered very little of lately, sorry for that!). Recently Shinky has been directing all of their efforts to writing new material. It's going very well, and we recently finished a new song that we can't wait to get recorded for everyone to hear. However, shows for the next little bit are going to be few and far between. Kyle has recently moved down to Nashville, TN to attend school for audio engineering, so that is obviously going to make things tough logistically. In addition, Michael and his beautiful wife Vanessa are expecting their first child within a month (she's due at the end of April)! Crazy stuff, but equally exciting.

Needless to say, things are busy on the Shinky front right now. But rest assured that we'll be writing and recording in the mean time, and we'll be back before you know it rocking your collective faces and / or socks off. Thanks for sticking with us.
