Holy Shit. So our little band A Light Divided has been chosen to perform at the 2009
Vans Warped Tour in Virginia Beach. Yeah...we can't believe it either. But after checking the winners page every couple of hours to make sure it still says
our name and several pinches later, I'm pretty sure it's not a dream. So
I guess lemme start off by saying THANK YOU!!! Because
you guys watched our video for SAY YOU WILL and voted for ALD, you are
the reason we are getting this awesome opportunity, so thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! However,
after
traveling to Cleveland, OH and spending 3 days there recording in a
SWEET studio (Spider Studios) with an awesome producer (Tony...Google
him! ha!), we are pretty much broke. So if you guys have been holding out on buying our CD or buying a T-Shirt, stickers, ect please, this is the time! We need YOUR help!We
won't have them on Saturday but we have NEW T-Shirts that will be here
in time for our Warped show. If any of you are interested in getting
one we have them on our online store now and you can also pre-order at
the show Saturday (this would help us out A LOT!) If you're
interested in doing that we can talk and figure out the best way to get
your shirt to you (shipping, at the next show you're at, or if you live
close we might can meet) anyhow, normally we wouldn't do pre-orders at
a show but we are pretty much that broke!ALSO-we are trying
to set up a car pool or two for Warped Tour. Remember this is in VA
Beach, NOT Charlotte. So if anybody is looking for a ride and has some
gas money to donate, or is interested in driving and is willing to take
on paying passengers, hit us up and we'll try to network it all out. Before we wrap this up, we wanna thank you guys one last time. Without all of your
love and support, we wouldn't have accomplished HALF the things we
have. So again, THANK YOU!We'll see ya on the road!
