Thursday, October 22, CMJ’s annual College Day - a “fest within a fest”
- will once again host topics pertinent to college radio and its
critical place in the discovery of emerging music.
The informative and spirited
College Day 2009
program will kick off with breakfast to fuel industry panel
discussions, which will examine the nature of competitive broadcasting
and how to manage your station like a true suit – even if you don’t
wear one. Cut loose with a live performance by Pick The Band’s online competition at lunch, listen to the
future of College Radio at the Music Directors’ Summit and ham it up on
stage at the hotly contested College Radio Awards.
And don’t forget to welcome old and new friends when you get to town on Tuesday,October 20 at the
College Radio Mixer brought to you by NZ On-Air Phase Five.
