Hey Everyone!   

Not Quite Sure will be going into the studio this week to record a few songs.  We got selected by a group of Drexel University students in the Music Industry program to be recorded and stuff for free.  The students get to use us as their "course work" and record us and produce us.  So it's pretty cool, they get to listen to a good band (us) and we get a free recording (awesome).   

So, if you like the recordings we've had, great, but they were just done in my basement, which as good as it might be, I don't have millions of dollars to buy really good gear.  So, Drexel has some really sweet preamps and microphones to capture the awesomeness that is Not Quite Sure, and I no longer have to be the one hitting the record button (I'm thankful for that).  These preamps and mics will make us sound even better than we already do.  (ok, we're being cocky).  So, we will start recording on Tuesday getting basic rhythm tracks down and after that the horns and vocals will go down to Chinatown.   

We're pretty excited about it, and hope you are, too.  We'll try to get down as many tunes as we can and are sure that you will like what we got.  There might even be a surprise or two.  Hope everyone has a great week.  We'll be busy playing and going deaf making records.
