Henry passed away on Jan 1st, 2008. He had a bad heart and it started slowly failing over the course of 2 months. Just past noon, it stopped and Henry went quickly with us by his side.

It really sucks to have a dog, and then not have a dog. :(

1) No more company when I’m alone in the house.
2) No more love and pettin’s whenever I feel like it.
3) No more foot warming or belly warming when I sleep.
4) No more taking him out and people saying how cute and friendly he is.
5) No one to go with me on walks.
6) No one to dress up in funny outfits and laugh at.
7) No one to play games with.
8) No one to greet me when I come home.
9) No more unexpected comedy (like the time he skidded full tilt into the neighbor dog’s butt).
10) No one to clean up any chips or other food I accidentally drop.

We took these just a few hours before he died.



I miss him so much!
