So I have some questions and comments and all that jazz. I will try to keep it short being that I know no one has time to read a long thing. This is what is on my heart, take it or leave it.

We define a "lost" person as someone who "needs" God, right?
I "need" God, more of him at least. Does that make me "lost"? Im saved and im a Christian, but I need more of God!!!! SO DO YOU!!! If you think you dont need more God than you are self righteous and.....that is NOT GOOD!!!!

So heres my question...Our duty as Christians is to share the salvation that we have in Jesus with others......the "lost", right?

Why do we share it with the people that make us feel safe? We are totally comfortable sharing Jesus with the thirty-somethings that are married, have 3 kids that play on the polo and lacrosse teams at there schools and make $200,000 a year.

What about the kid who is addicted to drugs because he or she is hurting SO BAD that drugs is the only way to ease there pain? Noooooo waaayyyyyyy! That makes us too uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!

ARENT WE SUPPOSED TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE?????????? If we are comfortable then WHAT ARE WE DOING THAT IS GOOD??????????

Now listen for a second.. I look a certain way that is different from most. I dont try to do that, its just me I reckon. When I walk into a place people stare at me because im different. Having NO CLUE that I love The Lord! You know who doesnt look at me weird? The people that we think are "weird".

Maybe I was called to be the "doctor" to a certain kind of "sick". Maybe you werent called to do that same thing, or were you and you just dont get it!!!!!!

I realize now that when I speak or write i ramble ALOT!! LOL!!! So I will get to one of my points.

Why am I looked down upon because my calling is the "scary", or the "weird", the people that "arent safe"? Read that line again please.

I am a Worship Leader. Not just on stage but every second of my life. I DO mess up alot, but doesnt everyone? I am human........guess what????? So are the people we are trying to reach!!!!!!!!!! Did you know that?

Our actions is what makes ALL of us Worship Leaders. Not just the fact that you can sing or play an instrument!

Let the people see you for who you really are. Dont put on the Christian mask man!

Oh and let EVERYONE see this. Not just the "safe" people.

As im typing this, im listening to my 3 month old son talk away on the monitor. I pray to God every time I think about it that he will NEVER EVER EVER pick and choose who he wants to love, but that he loves everyone so much that it hurts him! That his heart jumps out of his chest to everyone he meets! Not just the "safe".

If this offends you then im glad, because you needed to hear this. I need to hear this.
Hopefully this lights a fire under ALL of our butts to actually do something for God, and for the people that need him, and not for ourselves.

And be yourself. If you need to change some things then take some time and DO IT!

The sick need a doctor. Christ is that doctor. He lives inside of you right? Let Him shine through you to EVERYONE, not just the people that make you feel "safe".

And if someone isnt like you, it doesnt mean that they arent called, or a Christian like you are. It means that God is using them in a different way.

You should know that.
