Hello good people of the Bayouniverse welcome to a long overdue blog. The S3, or  the super secret special (as it's otherwise know), hasn't much changed in the last few weeks.........That is until now!!!!!!!! I'm not sure what to call it, but you'll get 1 pancake (it would be 2 but most people can't even finish off a short stack), 2 eggs however you like them, 2 bacon or 1 sausage patti with our hommies! This week's password is ( i need a real line cook). Well I'm out of any more good ides to write down but as always looking for more suggestions on what to do with the S3. So keep your mind open and your mouths watering for the awsome food we at the Bayou love to provide!
