Ok, that project took more time than it should have, but it's done!  And I owe 3 friends a trip to the spa, or something comparable - one for holding the camera, one for keeping time, and one for keeping the kid.  Don't know how I could have gotten this done without them - oh, I know - just keep running back and forth to adjust the camera myself like an idiot like I did the last time I sent in a video!  Anyway, I still feel like I have chicken gushing between my fingers!  It was alot of fun though - I guess u gotta love to talk and love food and love looking at a camera to get the enjoyment out of it.  And yes we DID Devour that platter afterwards - dried out lavash and all!   That's why u did'nt see me add seasoning to the chicken - with the number of takes we took to do the video, that would have been the saltiest chicken on earth - and don't think for ONE MINUTE I would use a $3.99 pack of chicken just for show... no honey, that was lunch!!!  So anyway, hope u enjoy the video even half as much as we enjoyed doing it.  And when I hear from the food network, u WILL know.
