Scrapbooking.com Magazine recently formed charitable relationships with the Alzheimer's Association and the Autism Society of America. We feel that these two groups best represent a population that medically benefits from scrapbooking. Many families of patients with Alzheimers use scrapbooks to help their loved ones remember special moments, other family members and their own personal history. Autistic children often learn their daily activities through pictures and scrapbooks. Parents and teachers use these visual cues to explain changes in routine and the emotions of others.

To promote these organizations and to raise awareness, Scrapbooking.com Magazine would like publish your stories. If you, or someone you know has experienced how scrapbooking has improved the life of individuals with these diagnoses, please write to us. We are looking for heart warming stories, layouts and albums pertaining to Alzheimers or Autism. Please contact Jami Petersen by email at jpetersen@a-z.com to share your experiences and give hope to others who are suffering.
