Well my dear DMV,

I have put off writing this for a long time, but after seeing all these other folks in the industry get money like bloodsuckers, i decided to blog about it.  To our artist, hip hop artist in particular,  I can remember when I first started Mad Mob Entertainment, there wasn't a lot of top rate artist in the area.  Yeah folks was rapping and puttin' songs together, but there was just not too much thought put into what it takes to make a good song.  Now I am proud to say that that has changed.  When I look around,  we are on the come up.  Now when we are talking about creating a scene, we need the tightest artist, the toughtest music, undeniable swag, and a comroderie, that shows the world that this is DC and nothing can tear us apart!!  I say all that to say, lets stick together, get our music heard, be supportive, of eachother.  Lets appreciate and show love to whoever, supports our movement, promoters, in clubs,  all the internet radio stations, fans that do come out to the clubs,  and anyone else who supports the movement.   At this point I would like to offer my help to any developing artist.  I have an artist development department that will bring any artist up to speed or there is no need.  Lets collaborate, put together shows, design tours, connect with go-go bands, start bands for live shows, get music to the internet stations because they are showing the independent artist love, petition the local stations to spin our shit outside of the 30 min homejams slots, you know make folks pay attention and recognize that the movement can not be denied!!!!   COME ON DMV!!!  WE GOT NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!               The Innovator   CB
