My main purpose here is to learn, network and showcase my songs. TV Cowboy-Gimme A Try was performed by Daryle Singletary. I had a unque opportunity, through Gary Carter, to have him sing this song and I went for it in the hopes Mr. Singletary would record it with his label and release the single. Of course, this never happened. He did several demos that day, and just left to go play golf without a word.

Taya Lear had introduced me to Gary Carter. All I knew about him was he used to work with Faith Hill, I love her music, among other big name artists. When I first played Darryl O'Donnell singing my Riding Horses in the Rain, I was in the car, alone, windows up, and it just blew me away.  I had never had something like this done before.
