Either you get the darkness or you don't. There is no middle ground. There is no hiding the truth. Too often than not, the truth is buried with what we want those around us to believe. The often talked of "Sugar Coat" comes to mind. An example of this is religion.

  Truely loving the concept, and having huge hope that someday I will get it. The non- sugar coated version as "is written" is seldom ever, if at all, discussed on Sunday morning. Can not recall ever seeing a movie containing the details and events of the "apocolypse". It being very tough to "sugar coat" that story as it "is written", I suspect as to the reason. How would hollywood bill the movie? Religious epic? Horror? Still hope though. Opie! (Ron Howard) is fast approaching this genre.

 Returning to the point. If you expect Rainbows and Puppy Dogs. When they do not arrive most are deeply hurt. When one is brutally honest as I tend to be, people are often deeply hurt as well. Using A bit of reverse thinking, I tend to stay on the Darkside. If and when the puppie dogs and rainbows do appear I will be ready and happily greet them. (Big If)
