first time out of bed for 7 weeks except for hospital etc
so a - small but important achievement

first visit to my son's - liam's fist new house - very proud of him and sue
not in photo - at work.....

hope to place a poem and or a painting on site soon
very rare - any creativity due mainly to morphine

i'm trying re-start myself -help group that i had to abandon due to ill health in 2004
