Buoyed by the success at radio Connie Talbot's single 'I Will Always Love You' reached the #3 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Single Sales chart. The single has been on the charts for over 10 weeks.
Written and first recorded by
country music legend Dolly Parton, 'I Will Always Love You' is most often
associated with Whitney Houston, who had a smash hit with it in the 1990's. Now, Connie Talbot is making it all her own, and the song has deep personal meaning
to the young singer. Among those who loved Houston's rendition was Connie's late
grandmother. They sang the song together when Connie was just a baby, and it is
to her beloved grandmother (whom Connie called 'Nan') that this remarkable
talent dedicates her recording of this timeless tune.
