On Saturday September 13, we exhibited with a booth at this years terrific New York Capital Region Vegetarian Expo, held at the Saratoga City Center, in downtown Saratoga Springs NY. 

It was a fantastic day of meeting lots of people with common interests in eating healthy, plant based diets, and interest in animal rights and protection.  The event also offered some truly great speakers and presenters, who offered so much expertise and practical knowledge about healthy eating, healthy living, and compassionate living as well.

This event was the 2nd annual Vegetarian Expo held in Saratoga, and if you did not attend this year or last, put it on your calendar for next September!  If you are a practicing vegetarian, or someone exploring a switch to a healthier vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, it will be well worth your while!  Over 60 Vendors to learn from, AND really great Vegan Lunch choices to enjoy!
